Viktor Sulzynsky
Director, Research and Analysis
Viktor Sulzynsky assists clients on regulatory matters involving export control licensing and policy, developing compliance management programs, and related international trade matters. In addition, Mr. Sulzynsky helps clients represent their interests before the US Congress and other branches of the Federal Government.
A member of the Bar in the State of Florida, Mr. Sulzynsky graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law (cum laude). He was a judicial intern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal District Court, Washington, D.C. Mr. Sulzynsky also interned with the Public Affairs Section, American Embassy, Kyiv, Ukraine, working with local and foreign press in support of Vice President Gore's visit in July 1998 to Kyiv and the Chernobyl nuclear disaster site.
Mr. Sulzynsky received his B.A. in Political Science from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia and completed the Summer Studies Program in Ukrainian Studies at Harvard University.
