Since it's beginning in 1983, Global has been involved in international business development activities.  These activities include, assisting US based corporations in opening new markets, especially in East and South Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.  Further, Global has been retained by companies in Japan, Korea, India, Ukraine, Poland and the EU to better penetrate the US market.

  • Conducting and assessing impact of government regulations on possible transactions

  • Organizing the logistics for visits to particular countries, as well as meeting with government officials and business executives

Global's executives have served as senior executives in US and foreign-based corporations with business development responsibilities.  These corporations include IBM, AT&T and other major corporations.  This experience allows Global to develop realistic and effective strategies that are cost efficient and effective.
 
In addition, several of Global's executives have served in senior levels of the US government and have established close ties to current and former senior foreign government officials in countries such as Japan, China, South Korea, Singapore, Poland, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Germany and other EU countries.  These relationships allow for relatively easy access to top government decision-makers.
