We have also advised our clients on policy developments within various governments and how best to protect their interests. These activities have involved technology industries, such as semiconductors, electronics, aviation, automobiles and certain agricultural sectors. In addition, Global USA has participated in policy negotiations in the context of the World Trade Organization, the USMCA and the European Commission. For example, we have in-depth expertise in WTO negotiations in subsidies, market access and digital trade.
From a regulatory perspective, Global USA is experienced in preparing and managing antidumping and countervailing duty cases, Section 232 cases, Section 337 matters, export controls, Customs audits, tariff negotiations and HTSUS classification determinations, and Section 301 investigations. Further, we have helped to submit petitions under the USMCA related to autos.
